• March begins with the Women’s Golf Getaway slated for the 8th-11th at Kiawah Golf Resort.
• Close by on the 10th, runners are encouraged to sport their real or borrowed hairstyles in the Mullet Haul, a 5 or 10 mile off road race on the equestrian trails of Mullet Hall. Both start at 10am.
• The largest outdoor climbing event in the SE will be held at James Island County Park on the 10th. 60 climbers will hit the 50’ wall. All ages and abilities are welcome to the 15th Annual Palmetto Pump and USA Climbing Competition.
• The 10th is also the date for the 2nd Annual SPE.ED Ride in Awendaw. 62 mile, 25 mile and  family 10 mile rides are available. Benefits the Wando High Special Education Dept
• The National Pro Am Golf Tournament at Kiawah will be held the 11th-15th. Three amateurs and one PGA professional compete in a 4 man best ball format.
